Terms For App
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lead Sharing System provided by Surprise Ville. By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms and enter into a legally binding agreement with the Company. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
User Eligibility and Account Creation

Lead Sharing

User Conduct
3.1 You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.2 You must not use the App to:
a) Share or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
b) Share or transmit any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
c) Share or transmit any content that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
d) Engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the App.
Intellectual Property
4.1 The App and all related intellectual property rights are owned by the Company. You acknowledge that the Company retains all rights, title, and interest in the App and its content.
